I believe in Person-Centered Therapy; in other words—you are at the center of your world and therapy, (making things better), can start from wherever you are! I also believe that we are all products of both our inherited characteristics and our environments and that no one succeeds alone! We all need help from time to time! We need each other! For over 13 years, I have been listening and helping professionally.
