I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois with 6 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, anger management, job dissatisfaction, relationship issues, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I believe that the client is the expert on themselves. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to express their concerns and explore their values and goals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution focused therapy. Together we will work to create a treatment plan that uniquely addresses your goals.
