About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois with 6 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, anger management, job dissatisfaction, relationship issues, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I believe that the client is the expert on themselves. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to express their concerns and explore their values and goals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution focused therapy. Together we will work to create a treatment plan that uniquely addresses your goals. Everyone needs help sometimes but it’s not an easy step to take. If you’ve taken that step and are ready to work toward personal growth, Congratulations, you’re doing great! I am here to support you and help you achieve your goals. I look forward to working with you!
