About me

I have an overall desire to see individuals live a well-balanced life, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Belief in the capacity of effective listening and holding someone else’s pain. One cannot change for someone other than themselves, as an agent of change I am here to help realize change is possible. Though the use of a client-centered approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Grief Recovery Methods; navigating life can be a productive journey, with hope, guidance, and help. Periods of un-wellness do exist, and I believe that wellness is obtainable for everyone. Using both empathy for comfort and courage to confront. Developing strength in others to sustain and find quality of life has become my life purpose. Wellness is a state of mind that can be achieved with the correct tools, knowledge, and the room to find a safe place for it all to come together. With more than a decade of experience in combined Inpatient and Outpatient mental health settings, I can provide quality care in development of an effective therapeutic relationship.
