I am a board certified and dual licensed counselor, providing over 20 years of Forensic, Behavioral, and Addiction counseling services. I believe in motivating and encouraging awareness through respect, integrity and a person centered and strength-based approach. I meet you where you are in life. My goal is to help you to identify paths to achieve personal goals, recovery, and regain life balance. I offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with an interactive conversational style. My philosophies are rooted in cognitive behavioral and solution focused approaches. I hold multiple specialty training and certifications to treat OCD, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, anger management, domestic violence, sexual disorders/ offending, behavioral, coping and assertive skill building.
