About me

Hello, my pronouns are she/her. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This means I’m trained to look for the many factors that can affect a you, and not just focus on a disease. I’ve worked with individuals who are dealing with depression, bereavement, end of life, compassion fatigue, and relationship issues. I use my compassion, experience, training, and faith to help others. I also use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Modeling as needed. I’ve worked in counseling, hospice, and hospitals. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University. I’m a spouse, Christian, Ally, outdoors woman, animal lover, and avid reader. If you need someone who will listen, encourage, and offer you tools to cope with your challenges, please contact me. I’d love to work with you.
