About Tara

Hello, I am licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of counseling experience and love the work that I do. I have worked with clients of all ages dealing with many different types of issues. I have worked in both private and public sectors building a range of skills and a knowledge base that assists me in joining clients on a journey towards healthy change and wellness. I am a client-centered therapist and believe building the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful growth. I believe that clients often know and want what is best for themselves and only need some help to recognize and address the barriers that hold them back. I look forward to hearing from you and wish you well. Take care, Tara Hiller LMHC Read more Show less
