About me

In order to assist you in your journey, I use an integrative approach encompassing the traditional methods of DBT, CBT, and talk therapy while incorporating non-traditional approaches such as nature therapy. Because each person’s needs are different, I tailor my sessions to your individual needs. My professional background is primarily in addiction. I have spent several years working with drug courts as well as a local recovery home. I am a licensed professional counselor who works with ages 13 and up.
