Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience in a wide range of areas in my 11 years of practice. My gifts in counseling fall in the areas of anxiety, stress, anger, emotional abuse, physical trauma, and grief counseling. My counseling style is to create a safe place for you to be your most authentic self. A place for self-care, and a place to grow and work through life struggles, with no judgment. I believe in using a humanist approach that is client centered. I will work to individualize each session to meet each of your individual needs.
