I have experience in helping clients with relationships, co-dependency, stress and anxiety, mood dysregulation, depression, aging and caregiving, grief,OCD, skin picking and hairpulling, weight loss, bipolar disorder, & depression. Therapy and self growth are often about timing and readiness. . I offer a caring committed approach to help you at this time in your life. I like to use a variety of methods to help you depending on what you are experiencing, your needs and resources. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will listen to what you want to get out of therapy and stay on course to help you attain that.
