About me

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience working with various populations in the mental health field. I have worked with teens, parents, families and couples on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, relationship issues, intimacy concerns, coping skills, and parenting techniques (to name a few). I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy to help clients examine their situation, identify their strengths, and find coping skills or solutions that will work for them. In my approach I create a warm environment in an effort to make the client feel safe and welcome. My aim is to be a therapist who helps the client see their own strengths and understand their ability to create their own solutions. There is hope. I promise this. Lets get you to a place you see it too. I look forward to meeting with you. “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” – Arthur Ashe
