Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. I have 29 years experience in the field of Social Work, with the last 10 years focusing on clinical Social Work. I have experience working with children, teens and adults with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting concerns and trauma and abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive, I am supportive and also believe in transparency. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. Life is full of challenges.
