About me

It’s been my privilege to serve individuals who have struggled with life issues that have made their lives difficult for them. These issues often lead to depression, anxiety and low-self esteem depending on they are processed and how we think about them. I have been helping people deal with these life issues and resulting inner conflicts for over 40 years. With a Masters in Counseling and my professional and personal experiences, I am in a unique position to provide you with a variety of approaches and strategies to resolve these conflicts. I believe that the way in which we think about an incident in our lives often determines how we feel and behave. Therefore, using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy I help individuals consider how they tend to think about traumatic and other life events and help them re-frame their thoughts into more productive thoughts. This process creates peace and joy in life.
