I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University in Miami, in 2000. My experience includes providing counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma & stress. I have also helped people with adjusting to major life changes such as divorce, loss, and disability. My counseling style is open, non-judgmental, and interactive. I believe we all have individual strengths that can be used to help cope with tough times and overcome challenges. My approach combines solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, motivational, and compassion-focused counseling. I will tailor our communications and treatment plan to meet your individual goals.
