Hello! It takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help or advice, and I am grateful that you have taken the next step in making a change in your life. I am a licensed independent social worker in the state of Ohio with over 7 years of experience. I have experience working with individuals who may have anxiety, depression, and major life changes, to name a few. I have had the opportunity to work with children in foster care and their families, residential, adults who have anxiety or depression dealing with chronic illness. My therapy style is warm, empathetic, empowering, and supportive. I believe in treating people with respect, compassion, and worth.
