About me

Let us begin to de-stigmatize mental health: people seek oil changes for the car to keep their car running or an annual physical as a part of their yearly medical routine. Mental health therapy can be seen as an emotional tune up. There is no shame in seeking help or support. I use an integrative and person-centered approach to be solution focused on your unique needs. Whatever reason you are seeking counseling I will be here to help process, encourage, and empower you through your therapeutic journey. I graduated from Liberty University in 2013 with a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental/behavioral health field. I have experience working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families addressing a variety of issues and topics. My specialties include stress management, family systems, and life transitions. I look forward to guiding you through this therapeutic chapter.
