About Robin

Hello. My name is Robin Shell. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. I graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in Economics and from Capital Bible Seminary with a M.A. in Counseling. I provided counseling with a Christian counseling organization and in my own practice for over ten years working with individuals, couples, and families coping with stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem, and life changes. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities based on each client’s needs, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, Faith-Based Therapy and Client Centered Therapy. Each therapeutic approach that I use remains client-centered and honors individuals’ diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Making the decision to seek counseling is important, and I look forward to building a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel supported in achieving your desired goals. I am committed to assisting you in identifying healthy solutions to your concerns and look forward to working with you. Read more Show less
