About me

Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I’m so happy you reached out for help! I am Kelley Kramer, a licensed counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I know sometimes stress, anxiety, relationships, and life changes can get in the way of positive mental health. Depression and worry can oftentimes rob us of our potential. Past trauma can sometimes intrude on our current life, and freeze us in our tracks. I work with adults who have these problems and more. You can read more about my background, education, experience, and counseling approach by clicking on my name on this page. I generally check messages several times per day, and I’ll respond as quickly as I can. I endeavor to be responsive to my clients’ needs, and will respond evenings and weekends if you request. I look forward to working with you!
