Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I’m so happy you reached out for help! I am Kelley Kramer, a licensed counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I know sometimes stress, anxiety, relationships, and life changes can get in the way of positive mental health. Depression and worry can oftentimes rob us of our potential. Past trauma can sometimes intrude on our current life, and freeze us in our tracks. I work with adults who have these problems and more.
