About me

My education consist of a Masters of Science in Psychological services, and I am a Licensed Professional counselor in both the state of Oklahoma and Texas. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and can adapt to any population. I have an innate ability to connect and build rapport with my clients due to my strong passion for wanting to be the catalyst that helps them uncover and reach their full potential. I have worked alongside families, couples, individuals both in early adulthood, and after retirement. I find that no matter the age, culture, or views on life with clear boundaries, and measurable goals I am equipped to be a positive support system centered around the acceptance that aids in growth. I use evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Client Centered therapy. I have high standards for the role I have taken on, I work on improving myself daily both professionally and personally so that I can show up and be present for all things that are important to me. My career, my family, and myself.
