I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Massachusetts; I have been in the field for almost 6 years. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, and I view individuals as experts in their own lives while I am a guest that is there to help through some rough patches. I have worked with people who have sought help for a variety of challenges including adjusting to new life-stages, managing difficult emotions like anger, grief, depression, and anxiety, as well as those who have needed help in their relationships whether it be with friends, family, romantic relationships or others. While I do not specialize in trauma, I do provide trauma-informed care and do not limit the influences of trauma to the requirements of a PTSD diagnosis. My counseling style involves respectful curiosity and utilizes conversations to develop goals that will work for you and explore multiple possibilities. Through this process, I believe we can work together to help you reach the goals that helpful for you. I look forward to working with you.
