About me

I am licensed in Tennessee with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, relational and marriage issues, and spiritual direction. In addition, I have specialties in working with OCD and spiritual abuse and other faith issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I will also include prayer and other faith aspects in our work together if requested but only if it is desired by you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and better life, and taking the first steps towards a change are often the hardest, but once you have taken that first step there can be hope and healing ahead. I am here to support & empower you in your journey ahead. I look forward to working with you!
