I am a clinical social worker licensed in Michigan with 6 years of experience. I have experience working with a diverse population at a residential inpatient treatment center. I am experienced in assisting people overcome their addictions, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have assisted people with severe substance use disorder, PTSD, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and ADHD. My therapy style is person centered and trauma informed. I am empathetic, compassionate and a good listener. I have experience in a variety of modalities including DBT, Seeking Safety and motivational interviewing. We will collaborate to develop goals and objectives based on your unique strengths, needs and abilities. I will assist in developing safe coping skills that will empower you to take control of your overall health. Asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness.
