About me

I am a clinical psychologist with 25+ years experience, with undergraduate and graduate university teaching, executive & behavioral coaching, professional acting background and military service. My therapy style leans more towards one-on-one counseling, heightening character strengths in the client where they are in their phase of development, and addressing their well-being with behavioral, emotional and cognitive suggestions to manage current and repetitive issues. I work with adults and senior adults, veterans, performing artists, media/entertainment industry , professionals, executives and CEOs. Ongoing progress is measured by mutually agreed upon client actions . My approach blends cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-commitment, existential, and mindfulness approaches incorporating improvisational techniques to understanding a client’s journey to facilitate adaptive choices in a client’s lifestyle.
