I offer psychotherapy to help you change damaging or unhealthy behaviors that affect your relationships with others and with yourself. It is possible to become aware of the causes and reduce or stop your disturbing and upsetting behaviors and make more healthy and satisfying choices. I also provide supportive counseling for individuals and couples to resolve personal or work-related concerns, make decisions and clarify life events.
