About me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) having many years of experience, I have realized that client goals and outcome expectations can differ as much as therapeutic approaches. I use many different therapies in my work with couples and individuals, but I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy more than any other therapies. My belief is that treatments must be designed and implemented in collaboration with the couple or individual being counseled. Therefore, my goal is to provide the program and treatment that my patients are comfortable with, which may result in greater progress, in a shorter amount of time, resulting in fewer sessions. My specialties include marital and family issues as well as treatment for anxiety and stress related disorders such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I also treat those patients having Anger Management and negative self image issues. In my private practice I have had countless successful outcomes with clients of all ages, but especially with adult couples and adult individuals. I truly believe I can help you or your loved ones build more positive and fulfilling futures. Please join with me in helping you to reach for , and achieve, a more positive and desirable lifestyle.
