About me

Hi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in WI, and have been a therapist since 2007, when I earned my Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Mount Mary University. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including grief and loss, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, work/life balance, women’s issues, and life changes. I’ve also helped many people who have experienced trauma or abuse. My counseling style is warm, genuine and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My person-centered approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness and solution focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to look into counseling, congrats on taking a huge step toward a more fulfilling and happy life. If you are ready, I’m here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
