About me

Personal difficulties can be very disheartening. I am a graduate of Notre Dame, and hold a Master’s degree in clinical counseling. I love helping people and have a warm approach, but am also known to challenge people to take active steps toward improvement and a happier life. Truly things can get better once you take the first steps, and I would be happy to help you reach your goals of improved happiness, success and joy.
