In my practice I use a person-centered approach, coupled with empathy and unconditional positive regard for you and your life history. I have a great deal of experience helping clients with a wide variety of challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief associated with with different types of losses including death and divorce. I also have many years experience working with those who struggle with substance abuse and the various ramifications that are associated. I have extensive experience in working with individuals that are struggling with issues associated with sex, sexual abuse, and sexual identity.
