About me

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who lives in Denver. I spend my free time skiing, hanging with my people, or reading a good book! My mission for providing therapy is simple; I believe in every person’s ability to experience healing, growth, and the ability to thrive amidst the challenges of life. I am a strong believer that healing happens through relationship, and I greatly value the therapeutic relationship in my work. During the incredibly isolating experience of the pandemic, therapy offers an open space to connect deeply with others and to journey together as we navigate the challenges and explore areas that need to be healed. I provide supportive, relational, and strengths-based therapy that facilitates healing and growth. One of my greatest strengths in therapy is that I’m someone who sees things from different perspectives. When it comes to therapy, gaining different perspectives is essential to growth. I believe that more empathy and compassion towards ourselves and others can change how we experience with the world around us. My expertise in counseling is in issues related to grief/loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, and relationships, but I am happy to journey alongside you and navigate your healing process with you.
