About me

Congrats to you for taking the big step to seek help and take control over your mental wellness! I am a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia. I have been in the mental health field since 2012 and have been licensed since 2016. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Masters in Counseling and Guidance. I practice general mental health counseling for a wide variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships. I specialize in supporting moms and all birthing parents to become the best version of themselves. I am a certified perinatal mental health therapist. I am a survivor of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and enjoy helping birthing parents adjust to the challenges of parenthood. I prefer solution-focused, short term therapy and utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and EMDR. If you are actively suicidal please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Patients who have frequent suicidal ideation are recommended to see someone in person for treatment for safety reasons.
