As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Washington state, I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With a background of serving in the Military for 26 years, I understand firsthand the unique struggles and experiences that those who serve under oath deal with. This has given me a deep appreciation for the sacrifices you have made and the resilience you possess. I consider it a true gift to be able to work with individuals from these backgrounds. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties.
