About me

I’ve been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2002. My experience includes a broad range of clientele, but I specialize in Bible-based counseling. I work with clients as young as 18 years of age and clients in all stages of life. I use the cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy. We will look at how your thoughts, feelings, and perceptions are influencing you and what you can do to help yourself. I like to help my clients to feel comfortable, encouraged, and empowered. Things can get incredibly hard sometimes, especially now. Let me help you.
