About me

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in the states of Tennessee, Rhode Island, Montana, DC, Mississippi, and New Jersey. I have almost 10 years of experience working as a social worker, half of those in a community mental health center. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, domestic violence, and substance abuse. Prior to entering social work, I was teacher in a public elementary school and a librarian. I care and love helping people of all ages heal and progress, and accept each person’s right to make their own decisions. My approaches are Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I look forward to working with you! “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” – C.S. Lewis
