My passion is helping women reclaim the parts of themselves that may have been lost as we try to balance it all. In my work, I focus on self care, mindfulness, and helping you reframe beliefs that keep us stuck in negative patterns. I am particularly interested in the intersection between trauma and ADHD, being diagnosed later in life with neurodivergence myself. When working with clients, I believe that healing is a collaborative effort that requires an honest and nonjudgmental approach. As your therapist, I assist you in clarifying your goals and honor your inherent power to heal. Rather than being drawn to one modality, I look at all individuals, the environment and situation and draw on a number of modalities.
