About me

If you are not feeling like yourself, experiencing challenging emotions, you have a desire to restructure your life, or simply grow, let’s chat. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing for six years as a medical social worker. I have primarily been working with children and families undergoing the heart transplant process and offering them emotional support. In this setting, I of course focus on minimizing medical trauma. However, I also help families with a number of other everyday stressors that may arise, or be triggered during this time. I also have private, individual therapy clients that I see regularly through Telehealth. Through this work I have experience working with individuals coping with stress and anxiety related to work, peers, family, intimate relationships, and just their day to day life. You will lead the way in setting our goals and intentions. Together we can work to decrease stress and difficult emotions, build resilience, and develop the best version of you!
