About me

I want to welcome you to a judgment-free zone where you are the expert of your own story. I also want to congratulate you on taking the first step towards making change. It takes courage to critically look at yourself and make an effort towards building a more fulfilling and happier life. I am honored that I can be there to support & empower you through this part of your journey. I am a counselor educator and clinician in the states of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota with over 12 years of clinical experience. I have experience helping clients who are feeling stressed or anxious; who are struggling with self-esteem, confidence, or motivation; or who are simply learning how to cope with life changes. I am also passionate about working with those who are exploring sexuality or gender-diversity, including LGBTQ+, kink, and polyamory. As a clinical supervisor who has been licensed in several different states, I am also known as a counselor’s counselor, with extensive experience working with other helping professionals who may want to simply “check-in,” talk about something that affected them, or work towards addressing their compassion fatigue.
