I have spent the last fifteen years working with individuals, families, and couples in a variety of settings. My primary focus has been working with individuals to understand and cope with childhood trauma, PTSD symptoms, managing and coping with chronic illness, and working through the grief process in organic ways to allow oneself to move forward in healthy ways.
