About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Working with people is a passion and I look forward to using my clinical skills to help you move forward on your path in recovery. My primary counseling focus is on person centered treatment and harm reduction. Counseling is focused on developing and reaching personal goals. In addition to overall mental health treatment, I work with individuals to create concrete goal plans with tangible action steps. This includes helping you with life and career changes by providing coaching style interventions for work/life-related growth. I provide focused interventions that help you accomplish the goals that are most important to your recovery. Honoring and supporting personal goals allows for new growth and increased knowledge. This therapeutic approach focuses on encouraging and assisting you to develop perseverance, become more flexible, and increase your self-worth through evidence based social work modalities I look forward to speaking with you soon!
