About me

Hello, I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of New Mexico. I have worked as a therapist for approximately 8 years with children, adolescents, and adults. I truly enjoy therapy, it is my passion, and I have spent a great deal of time and energy studying and practicing therapy. I utilize an integrated, non-judgmental approach to therapy, and I strive to fully understand the individuals I am working with. Due to the nature of therapy I believe it is most important for individuals to feel comfortable with their therapist. As a result, I am attuned to the comfort level of individuals I am helping, and encourage them to seek out a therapist that they are most comfortable with. I strive to match therapeutic interventions with the unique needs of the individual I am working with. I believe that I am most helpful to individuals struggling with depression or low self-esteem, weight loss and obesity issues, relationship issues, and infidelity issues.
