About me

Hi there. I am a Psychologist, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 28 years of experience working with people of all ages. My work has included outpatient and inpatient settings. My clients have had a variety of concerns, such as coping issues, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and abuse issues, just to name a few. Helping others is my passion. I firmly believe that the reason therapy works (yes it does!) is primarily because of the trusting relationship between the therapist and the client. For this reason, I make it a priority that my clients understand that they are valued and are safe. My strength is showing compassion, support and respect to the people I work with. I use a variety of approaches in my practice, because I try to find what works for that particular person. I assess my client’s strengths and use those to help improve areas that need to be strengthened. It is not easy to reach out for help. I applaud you and I sincerely hope that I get the opportunity to help you address your concerns.
