I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with a wide range of individuals, from children to teenagers, adults and the elderly. My Clinical experience includes: anxiety, depression, life transitions, social anxiety, self-esteem, mood disorders, anger management, and behavioral issues. My focus is on improving patient well-being and helping others overcome personal obstacles. In a non-judgmental, supportive and empowering manner, I focus on goal-oriented counseling that empowers clients to create change in their own lives. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of each individual, utilizing traditional therapeutic techniques, and Mindfulness based therapies.
