I’m Janet Larsen Caldwell, a licensed mental health counselor in both New York and Florida and I am wondering: Have you ever scrutinized your relationships with your children or the connection between you and your partner? By making changes to accommodate your needs and relieve you of those unwanted feelings of anxiety, depression, stress and, perhaps, loneliness, you and your family may be on your way to increased happiness. At BH, we provide a safe and welcoming space to discuss the problems/issues you are tired of ruminating over. If your family and friends have not been helpful, you may be happy to find the answers you need here. With an almost nursing degree years ago, the profession was not for me. All those credits and a little extra wok provided a BA in Human Development from SUNY Empire State College. Later, an MA in Counseling and Community Psychology through Sage Graduate School worked out just fine.
