I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in the social work field. Specifically I have worked over 10 years in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder and relationship issues. I have worked with clients that have experienced trauma. I am a holistic psychotherapist. I believe in looking at the client as a whole person , not just their mental health needs. I will focus on a client’s overall wellness. My approach is eclectic and strength’s based. I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic , Psychodynamic and Strength’s Based. I will formulate a treatment plan based on the client’s specific needs. It takes strength to make changes in your life, let me assist you with bringing about those long standing changes in your life.
