About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. with over 35 years of experience working with people looking to make change in their lives. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in doing great things and overcoming things that challenge you.
