I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor | Trauma-Informed Therapist | Supporting Adolescent and Adults Through Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Substance Use & Life Transitions Therapy is one of the few places where people get to show up exactly as they are - and be met with understanding instead of judgment. That’s the kind of space I work hard to create. I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to carry heavy experiences while still trying to move through life as if everything is fine. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, stress, or anger that feels overwhelming, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build tools for healing and growth. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I integrate CBT, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices to help clients feel grounded, capable, and connected to themselves again. I am currently accepting new clients through Headway for virtual sessions across Kansas. I provide individual therapy for adults and young adults seeking support with trauma recovery, mood disorders, substance use, stress, and emotional regulation. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
