About me

Are you struggling with managing your day to day life? Looking for some relief from your problem? Look no further, I am here to help! I specialize in offering immediate help to individuals who experience unforeseen life events that cause mental, physical, emotional, and behavioral problems. I possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a License in Clinical Social Work in the States of Nevada, Maryland, and Texas. I have practiced therapy in the inpatient and outpatient setting for the past five years and have been a tele-health therapist for the past two years. I have a diverse background in therapy with experience conducting individual, couples, family, and group therapy. The primary goal in my practice is to assist clients in acknowledging unhealthy coping strategies, replace them with new and healthy ones, and gradually get clients to the point of being able to effectively cope with any life stressor.
