I have been providing counseling services to adults and adolescents for over 20 years and if you are searching for someone that will provide a safe, caring and supportive environment while you focus on your needs and goals, I’m ready to work with you. My main approach to counseling includes cognitive-behavioral therapy but I can integrate other treatment approaches based on your individual needs.
