I cultivate a helping relationship that allows the client to define and achieve a healthy lifestyle. My services encourage empowerment through E3: Engagement, Efficiency, and Effectiveness. I provide coaching to assist the client in enhancing life skills and achieving desired outcomes. I assist the client in rearranging the pieces of the wellness lifestyle puzzle: Physical, Spiritual, Social, Mental, Emotional, Intellectual, Financial, and Occupational.
