About me

My approach to therapy includes mindfulness and mind/body awareness, through a person-centered, existential approach. I have a non religious, spiritual focus to my work which includes focusing on relationship to self and the relationship between self and others. I trained in couples therapy, group therapy, sex/intimacy issues, sexuality (including depth of experience in LGBTQ issues), substance use/harm reduction- specifically crystal methamphetamine use, depression/anxiety, adjustment disorders, raising awareness of racism and white privilege. I have had a diverse career as a mental health therapist, mental health program manager, public health program director, and community services planning with a broad cross section of service providers and people with HIV to allocate resources to services. Graham also has a newly released book he coauthored called the Healing Power of Community: Mutual Aid, AIDS, and Social Transformation in Psychology.
