I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in the states of Utah and Idaho with 5 years of professional work experience. I am trained in the following therapy methods: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Radically Open Dialectal Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) I have a master’s degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University and have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
